The UAV flies at up to 60,000 feet and can “loiter” over an interesting location for 23 hours beaming live surveillance information to observers via satellite - the bulbous nose houses the steerable dish antenna that remains locked on the satellite to be used, some of which are in polar orbits and, therefore, in constant “motion " relative to Earth-side locations.

The 618 Airport Rd address is predictably next to Oceanside’s tiny airport. Skydivers were alternately being ferried up and parachuting down when I arrived about 6:00 PM.

The deadlock is an intentional feature of the US Constitution. It is supposed to happen when the government becomes heavily divided – it is supposed to stop the government so that the people – that’s you and me – have the time and incentive to act.

Years ago I was in Eindhoven in The Netherlands.
One evening after work I was in the hotel sauna relaxing. There was another gentleman there reading the newspaper. As is the custom, neither of us had on a stitch so there was nothing to communicate status or profession.
